I've been here for three years, and am amazed at how quickly things have gone downhill.
Recently, what had been quiet nights have turned into the sounds of constant car alarms and yelling from the parking lots.
Parking has become an issue as more units seems to have multiple occupancy.
It is not unusal to park several hundred feet from your apartment.
For the first two years, my upstairs neighbor was rarely home, so I did not notice how loud it could be.
I can now hear virtually every step taken by my new neighbor.
WHile large, the units themselves are definitely showing there age.
The layers of paint are starting to peel and the fixtures are bland and outdated.
I orignally moved here for what was a great value for the suare footage.
HOwever, my latest renewal rate reflects a 20% increase even though there have been no discernible improvements made.
Do not be fooled by teaser rates and the updated offices.
There are plenty of better deals out there.
