I received a survey that asked me what they could do to get a 9 or a 10 rating.... ANSWER: A LOT! I was VERY excited to view your community. I viewed your website (which is deceptive..) Not only are the prices not even NEAR the actual cost, but the floor plans are even WRONG! My boyfriend and I walked in, and from the get go, your leasing agent was extremely RUDE to US! She did not introduce herself. I had sent numerous emails and left 4 voicemails that were NOT returned. I explained that to her and she did NOT care. No apology or anything. She did SMILE ONCE! Did not look me in the eyes or say ONE thing to my boyfriend. NOT EVEN HELLO! When we asked to see the apartments, she walked very fast and did not say ONE word to us. I would NEVER tell ANYONE to waste their time on your community. When we returned to the office, we spoke to another lady. When we explained why we were both so upset, she said that she would pass the word on, BUT, you all would not care at all. You are in a great location, that sells its self, and therfor, you can afford to treat people with the demanor that you do. I was intrigued by the floor plan that I viewed and would have rented IF I would have been shown even the smallest bit of respect. Must have been too much to ask for when you spend ONLY $800 per month.
Thank you for wasting our time! So to answer your question... Whats the point

You must have dealt with Andrea ... she runs hot and cold but you can generally see the insincerity in her face when her facial expressions do not match her words. The other ladies in the office are generally friendlier.
Not returning phone calls is a habitual problem at Scandia but I would expect them to return phone calls for prospective new tenants much better than they do for existing tenants.
Scandia seems to have very poor management with no follow up for customer service or for maintenance problems. Scandia treats customer service more like customer aggravation which they try to avoid. Even their telephone messsage refers to the office as rental agents instead of customer service or tenant relations or anything that would indicate that current tenants have any status at all ... WHICH THEY USUALLY DON'T!

Your response was uncalled for. Referring to her by her first name, OVER THE INTERNET, was absolutely reckless. You should be ashamed of yourself. Regardless of your opinions of her personally, or your opinions of the office itself, referring to her by name on a public forum is frankly stupid, and insanely rude.

Who really cares whether her name was listed or not...the point is how she treats others. This should be the main concern...wow get your priorities straight!!!
