I'm ready to move out.

I have lived here for a full 2 years (about time to sign my 3rd lease), and I want out. The noise is ridiculous and I believe it is due to the way the apartments are designed/constructed. I have a one bedroom on the 2nd floor with one above me, one below me, and a common hallway inside the building.
When I sit in my living room, I can hear every movement and word coming from the hallway. From every other room in my house I can hear every step the upstairs neighbor and his dog makes, every toilet flush, every dishwasher cycle, every vaccuum cleaning... I can hear his music, his TV, his alarm clock in the morning, when he opens his patio door...EVERYTHING! I get woken up, have my quiet time interrupted; my company even comments on the excessive noise.
It drives me crazy! I can also hear the neighbors in the other upstairs apartment in their stairwell because it is adjacent to my bedroom wall (on which my bed is unfortunately placed). Everytime they leave or come home, I can not only hear the key in the door, the dog's tail hitting the wall, etc; I can feel the vibration on my head!! These noises even wake me from a deep sleep! I can also hear my downstairs neighbor (or his TV) talking in his bedroom at 3AM while I'm laying in my bed trying to sleep!
The reason for all of this noise is not because I have horribly inconsiderate neighbors because I don't. It's because there is no dampening between the units! Not enough insulation, and probably no firewall!(If this is true, we are all in trouble if one unit has a fire!)
For as much as I pay every month, I should not hear that much noise. I have lived in several communities throughout the city, and I have NEVER experienced noise to this extent. It is RIDICULOUS!! I am completely over it and ready to move as soon as my lease is up. I would move sooner if I thought I could. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
