this apartment complex is BAD! we had cockroaches in our apt. the day we moved in! it was funny because one came out of the fridge as we were doing our walk-thru and the maintance guy seemed embarassed by it and they were suppose to fix that problem. i?ve also lived here almost 2 years and they?ve come out once to set bug traps under the kitchen cabinets. and now they are back again! what the hell'

i guess i didn't realize it when i moved in, but doesn't 698 square feet seem awful small for a 2 bedroom apartment' i don't think they make 1 bedrooms that small anymore...

as much as you have to pay for rent here, you think they'd put some of it back into fixing-up their apartments. kitchen appliances are super old. our fridge is one you have to self-defrost. that means it builds up ice in the freezer and you have to unplug it for a day to get the ice cleared out. also the kitchen flooring could be replaced as well. the linolium (sp') tiles are starting to come up off the floor and stick to my shoes whever i walk in there.

i'd gladly pay an extra 50-100 dollars to go live somewhere where they care. these people don't.

if this review wasnt enough to convince you to stay away, e-mail if you would like pictures of this crappy place.

It's funny that you mention the sq ft because yes....they DO make one bedrooms smaller than what you mentioned. I lived in it. I'm not complaining about the space because the rent was cheap. My complaint would be that the advertised size of the units and the actual sizes didn't always match up. The "Sunrise" floor plan that I has is touted on their website as 562 sq ft. In actuality, I discovered the apartment to be approx 100 sq ft short. That's almost 1/6 of the total size that I was shorted. Luckily I never had issues with bugs.
