At first I loved it....

I lived at Scarborough Lake for 2 years the first year I had an apartment on the lake and it was fairly quiet. The floorplans are tiny for the price. The staff is friendly and maintenance does respond quickly but there's always something that needs to be fixed. The neighborhood is not great in fact its kind of a ghetto, athough their apartments are probably the best apartments over there. When I lived there, 3 shootings took place in our complex all random type shooting but still. The apartments are really old, the piping is old and the cabinets suck. I transferred to a remodeled apt because I thought it would be better but it wasn't. I barely had hot water to take a long shower! The walls are thin and people with 5 kids always take top apartments so you can hearing thumping and running all day and night. I would only recommend this place to a bachelor who is never home and just needs a place to sleep.
