10 reasons not to move here!

1 - they towed my car! complex management gave everyone a ONE day notice that the complex's parking lot was going to have the lines re-painted and that everyone needed to move their cars to a neighboring lot. i was unable to move my husband's car, so they towed it! and then they charged me 25 bucks for it! is that fair after only ONE day notice''
2 - ATLEAST once a month (if not twice) the water is shut off for "repairs". and once again, you only get one day notice. sometimes half a day.
3 - they constantly change their breed restrictions. when i moved in 2 years ago, german shepards were okay to have. the beginning of this year, they made me give away my 2 puppy shepards because they were now restricted. that was devistating that they could not work with residents that had been there for nearly 2 years.
4 - all applicances are really old. carpet is old. walls were poorly painted.
5 - my door key broke off in the door lock last week. that was fun. but the repair guy came out within 30 minutes.
6 - the neighborhood is bad. and slowly, but surely the neighboorhood and it momma has moved into the complex. between the loud car stereos, speeding up and down the parking lots and residents being the hell out of eachother outside my bedroom window, i can't take much more!
7 - staff was super nice when i first moved in. but when i started telling them about all of their faults, they got snotty and have been ever since. god forbid if you have a concern. dont tell them about it or they will hate you forever!!
8 - i originally got my apartment partially because of the balcony. last summer, they had my balcony roped off for 6 1/2 months for repair ,so i could not use it. we had to complain about it to the office before they gave us $60 dollars off of our rent for that month.
9 - the complex will pretty much accept everyone no matter what their criminal background is. their front sign should read: "welcome criminals !!"
10 - floor plans are decent, but the square footage is horrible. it could be much bigger.
