I had a difficult time dealing with the management. Things ranging from a simply decorating contest we had to the apartment rejecting my last month's payment and then filing a law suit for non-payment. Weird. The most ironic part is that I signed a no-deposit lease and the amount of extra fees they tacked on at the end due to this "non-payment" and frivilous other charges comes to right around the amount that the deposit would have been. Sounds like they got the deposit out of me after all.
