Not worth the asking price

The price they ask for the apartments is a lot higher than they're worth, but they usually give you an apartment for less. Staff is pretty friendly, but always changing. I swear, everytime I go in the office, the entire staff has changed except for the maintenance. The are isn't very good and getting worse. There was shooting just last week in the building next to mine. The apartments are crappy to put it mildly. Kitchen appliances are old, tile floors are old and not well placed, doors aren't put on right (my front door doesn't latch unless deadbolted, my closet doors are almost all off track, one closet with two doors has doornobs at different heights, and my bedroom door looks like it's about to fall off). Washer and dryer are tiny and old. Had to get mine fixed the first month I moved in because the washer stopped rinsing. Neighbors have been okay, mostly quiet. I thought I was gonna have to call the cops once because I could hear screaming from an apartment around the corner from me late and night, and when I looked out, I could see someone sitting on the floor holding their knees and rocking back and forth. That was the only real problem I had with neighbors. My friend who lives there had a tire stolen off of his car one night. Carpets are junk. They're old and such poor quality that they don't repel any dirt and turn black almost immediately. I was charged $300 to replace the carpet in my first apartment there and I can almost guarantee they didn't change them. My vents are blowing out black soot right now that is covering everything. I had bad roaches in my first apartment, nothing would get rid of them. I had them for a little while when I first moved into the second one, but I laid down some traps and they went away. Gates are useless. Not working a lot of the time and you can get in easily without a get opener. Fence is bent in may places for people to go in and out of. Hmm....anything else....' Nothing that I can think of. Don't move here.I'm ready to get out.
