If you are considering moving to this place, re think it. This place is horrible. Mgt. do not care about anything about the place except the rent checks that come in. I have the mgt make up bogus fees after i moved out. I challenged them, but the tie your hands when u sign your lease. basically makin it legal for them to charge you anything. I have had my car broken into from drug dealers looking for money, and in my case everything in my car including my cd player. there was a murder here. gun shots constantly. i also just found out that there are sexual predators surrounding the area. DO NO MOVE HERE!!! It sucks

sl is a great place to live it is you the stupid dirty uncaring residents who dont give a blank about where they live get real all you people with negative feedback are part of the problem if you dont like it there move you probably cant afford the property is what you make it make it a home instead of a ghetto from a satisfied tenent

Wow. This coming from someone who can't use punctuation or the SHIFT key. So the fact that everything wasn't positive is my fault? IfI was stupid, dirty, and uncaring, I wouldn't have left. You know...because I wouldn't have cared. But I did, so I get the hell out! And I did exactly what you said: I moved. As far as not being able to afford it...if you can't afford Scarborough Lake, where CAN you afford to get an apartment??? $400 a month was hardly a burden. And unfortunately, the property wasn't what I made of it. The property was what is was...nothing I could do to change that. And if you're currently a satisfied tenant, why are you on a review site? And why are you so mad that I some people had bad experiences?
