creepy, dirty, terrible staff

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for. I've had nothing but problems since I moved in...maintenance problems, neighbor problems, and staff problems. The apartment complex is extremely unsafe as well. Spend a little extra to live someplace safer. Scarborough Lake is creepy, dirty, and has terrible staff. Please don't live here.
