The first year I lived there was nice, I felt safe, the property was cleaned up promptly. Dog messes were cleaned up, the staff was nice and courteous, they had lots of get togethers for the tenants to meet each other and then came 2006. Everything went downhill. Maintence quit cleaning, if vandalism happened they quit repairing it. I know I put in my 60 day notice but I did not get a copy and now they are claiming I did not and are trying to charge me penalty fees. They are owned by the Edward Rose company and they are cheats, liars, and poor managers.

They tried to get us on the 60 day notice, however we were fortunate enought to get a copy.
