No problem

To be honest, I'm surprised at some of these reviews. I've heard about problems from other people, but I never had problems myself. The noise level could be a little loud at times, but I attribute that to the tenants themselves and not the management since I only had problems with one neighbor, and when I asked them to quiet down, they did. I liked my neighbors, and the staff was always friendly to me. They have a $30 break in rent for students too. As a student, I was happy with the location next to 465 and close to 65. The staff even helped me when I lost my car keys when I was out of state. I called them to see if they could help get my spare keys, and they were more than obliging in helping me. When I had a maintenance problem one morning, it was fixed by the time I got home. And my question to the people who say extra fees were added and the staff was unfriendly: first of all, how did you act toward the staff' Secondly, did you pay your rent in time' Obviously, there's going to be fees if you're late paying your rent. The only thing I would say: if the security gate is one of the reasons this community is at the top of your list, you might want to rethink that. The gate is often broken which allows anyone to come in.
