Lived here for 5 years and LOVE my apartment! I always get maintenance out the same day if needed, and the office staff is always nice to me. The area is not as bad as everyone is making it seem, it is minutes from Eagle Creek park, which is a really nice area. It also is very close to downtown and IUPUI where I go to school. Go visit this place in person before making your judgment and you wont be let down.

i did visit this place in person and it looked OKAY. Read my review that was my story. I was going to go to IUPUI, but i live 4 hours away and was looking for an apartment. This apartment online looked AMZING, that was NOT THE CASE.
It you want to live in the gettho, go for it.
They make it look nice to get you there, then you read the bad reviews.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
