But.. We lived there in 2005 and it was prefectly fine. It was ethnic but nothing went on. Some people mentioned cockroaches on here. That's unfortunate, but we never had a problem. Worst was when the guy upstairs ran his toilet over. We really liked it and only left to buy a house. Many times we wished we'd stayed. We were gonna upgrade to the 1 bedroom with the larger nook and room for a washer/dryer hookup.
People would sit by the pool in the summer behind the clubhouse and we'd take walks around the neighborhood. It must've went downhill. I'll tell you though, those gates couldn't keep anyone out, because someone would just run or drive in behind another car that was entering/exiting.
Don't rememember the pet policy except we had to have their shots turned in and had a small dachshund.
