I read the one review titled "ghetto" and I have to say that my experience has been nothing like that. Shadeland Station is very quiet with friendly neighbors and staff. I have had no trouble with crime while living here and I have not heard that anyone else has either. I only had one maintenance issue the first week I moved in, and it was fixed immediately.
