I lived here when I was in college. It was ok, things were sort of stained and dirty looking, but that's how it goes. The nice apartments here only go to the more wealthy, older residents, while they save the backload unkept apartments for younger folk and students. The staff is friendly, if you're rich, if not they're simply polite.
