I lived there during college, too. Although the apartment wasn't FABULOUS, it was great for a first apartment. It had new carpet, fresh paint and new fixtures. You could tell there was wear and tear on the door, but yet again, I lived among college students! It probably also helped the roomies I had were great. Things were fixed quickly anytime they got broken. I did have my hubcaps stolen off my car by a maintainence guy, but he was promptly reprimanded and I think Fired. Overall, I would explore the possibility of living there again, should I relocate to northern Indianapolis.
