Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
Under new management, I was told by the property manager that I'd not picked up my mail and the box was getting full. Very odd. I operate small retail businesses, and sometimes kept business records and night drops there, so I installed a monitored alarm primarily to keep out the management and maintenance people.
Shortly after I informed the new property manager that I kept business records there and that nobody was to come into my apartment without notice, management chose to not renew my lease, after 2 years.
