Management Inconsiderate of Residents

We recently had our roads sealed in the property and managment put out a notice that was poorly written and confusing informing residents of the dates they needed to have their vehicles removed. They noted that the plan would be altered by weather. Sure enough, it rained during part of the scheduled dates, however, management never informed residents of schedule changing, or in my case, not changing. 14 vehicles were towed in a two building area as a result and best yet, management had no idea where my vehicle had been towed on the property. I was told I would just have to "look around for it." This whole confusing and issue could have been resolved by timely and considerate communication from management. Given that 14 cars in a small area were towed due to confusion in the schedule, it tells me that poor communication was to blame. Also, would it have hurt them to knock on the apt. door prior to towing the vehicle at 8:00 a.m. sharp'' Afterall, they do have the registration information on file for all of our vehicles.....
We are also moving in December and when I asked management to replace something in my apt. that was broken, I was told not to worry about it and they would simply charge me for it when I moved out. That was 4 months prior to our move out date, so it should have been fixed. No use trying to advocate for yourself with this management staff -- they quite simply can't be bothered by their residents!
