The new manager is an idiot.......and does not care about her residents. She is just in it to save a buck......which hurts the residents and property.
The leasing consultant is totally rude.
They had some nice people working there once......but, they probably couldn't put up with the 2 idiots running the office.

Until recently, rents have not increased at Shadeland Station since 2005, so of course it may seem at first that the community is raising fees and rent at the expense of the resident. Even though just about everything around us has gone up dramatically, rents have only gone up about $15/month. As for any fees that you may have incurred, it would be because some how there was a lease violation such as paying rent late, not paying the electric bill per the terms of the lease, etc. Really there are no additional fees if you abide by the lease agreement. As for your concern regarding the rude behavior of a staff member. If there is something specific that you would like to discuss you can always come and speak with me in the office. I have an open door policy and will listen to any concern that you may have.
