I'm a single male and lived on the first floor for two years here. I had no huge real trouble. Insects/bugs (mostly pillbugs) were the worst of it. And the complex was real good about getting it sprayed... which helped. The only other thing I could really complain about is the noise/thin walls. I never had to call to complain or anything, but it was pretty easy to hear the people above (two different leasers). And any problems I had they were real quick to fix and did a good job. All in all it was a good experience for me. I would recommend this place... but know that you're getting what you see. There are no bells and whistles here. For the location, quietness, and price... I thought it was well worth it.
