The only good thing about this place is the size for the price..it's not worth it. when we first moved in, the 'new' microwave did not work.. we called every day for 2 weeks and kept being told that it would be fixed later that day. the floor in the basement gets soaked when it rains, the basement has some of the worst craftsmanship ive ever seen (i.e. pipes on the ceiling taped together), you can hear every step that people take above you because the floors creak like crazy, there were bugs in the basement that did not belong in a house with people, and the area is horrible. someone busted out the rear windshield in my car to steal my temporary license plate and the camera couldnt even see the people doing it when my car was parked directly in front of the office. smells leak into the basement from god knows where. there are always people outside at all hours, making noise.. our neighbors are extremely noisy. and they are not clear about the expense when you move in. it may seem like a good price, but the uility costs are ridiculous. the list goes on... lets just say, im glad we only have one more month in this place
