Zender is AWFUL From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   Zender Properties is the worst possible leasing company you can find. I spent over 4 years with them and am thrilled to have been able to finally move out. Their staff is rude, their maintenance inept. I would stay away, there are plenty of other places to rent in Indianapolis.
