The Sherwood Tower has rats...plural. I lived there about a yr ago and heard some strange sounds during the night about 1 wk after I moved in. I put out some mouse traps and dcon. I came home one evening to find one of the traps set off, blood on the carpet near the trap, and dcon scattered! I thought this is a smart/tough mouse. Then one day it happened. I was about ready to go out when I heard a trap go off in the bathroom. I flipped on the light and saw a huge rat with his nose stuck in the tiny mouse trap (wasn't smart mice, it was huge rats that would set off the trap, wiggle out, and eat the peanut butter). I grabbed a shoe and killed it. Then 3 days later I flipped on the light to enter the bathroom and there was another RAT in the bathroom feasting atop the dcon. I moved out a within the week. Don't trust the leasing agent Nancy...she is full of ****. Stay away
