Be very careful and get everything in writing!!!
Random charges added to your rent; nothing is in writing, I was charged flippantly without any prior agreement. Unfriendly and unhelpful manager is NEVER in the office - any repairs are handled very slowly. Be aware of the kitchen - all cabinets are so small you cannot fit dishware inside. If not for staff, I would not be moving out.
