Best in the Broad Ripple Area From: harcourtmelissa@aol.com Date posted: 6/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   When I recently decided to relocate within the Indianapolis area, I reviewed apartment listings extensively and toured many communities. I feel completely at home here at the Shore Acres. I kept thinking there must be a catch of some type, but there isn't- I have really enjoyed living here. You can hear your neighbors when you're in the hallways, but the moment you enter your apartment and close the door, it's refreshing silence. The management is fantastic. The rent is a great value for the location and views. I give the Shore Acres my highest recommendation. I have the money to purchase a townhome or condo, but have no desire to do so. I'm happy here.
