Good Place to Live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Shore Acres is a good place to live. There are no bug problems, no thief or other "common" apartments occurrences. The parking is great but I decided to get a carport anyways (new car). My neighbors were ok and pretty friendly; there was one in two years that had a party every Saturday night it seemed. He moved out and now all is well. The location is great, in Broad Ripple but no one will know where you live. That was a plus for me. I did not have any maintenance issues that did not get fixed in a timely manner. Some things to note if you do decided to live here: 1) If you need to see someone in the front office and it is close to 5 pm call and let them know. If not you may be the one getting surprised. 2) If you are a student make sure to tell management when you are signing your lease because they will not grant it to you afterwards. 3) No do be surprised if people park in the carports that do not pay for them. It seems a few tenets think their boo-boo smells of roses. Overall this is a good place. I would live here again. *Note* All Apts are studios or one bedroom. The cost is 650 but you get a 20% student discount.
