Very quiet, private complex

This community is excellent if you are searching to optimize your square footage, have a private patio with yard, park in your own attached garage and have an excellent cross-breeze through your apt. The community is a circle drive and therefore no one other than residents or guests visit the grounds so there is very little traffic. Each ranch (single-level home) is an attched home; you share only one nicely sound-proofed wall with a neighbor. There are also 2 story TH's. You are around the corner from all types of shopping. Very easy access to 465. Drawbacks include the fact that there are no fitness or swimming facilities. Parking can become tight at times as there are a handful of spaces throughout the community that are considered public ones. (I have had several large gatherings and never had an issue.) Ensure that you budget for utilities; the gas bills can grow beyond $100 during the winter.
