I have lived at Spinnaker 3 months now and am an Apartment Manager myself. This has been a very pleasant experience since day one. All the office staff as well as the maintenance have been friendly, helpful and professional. We did recently get an unseasonable amount of snow and the staff has addressed it as best they could. Being in an apartment community does not relieve people of any and all responsibilities in all areas. I stil shovel my car area and feel responsible for as much as I can do. I do believe apartment dwellers can become incredibly lazy and dependant on the apartment staff way too much. I've seen it repeatedly over the past 17 years in the business. So Thank you to the Spinnaker staff for all you do and I look forward to the beautiful summer here at the amazing pool you have here!!
