I have lived in Spinnaker Apartments since April of 2005. The staff is always friendly, Marilyn has done both of my past 2 leases, and have never had one problem with the staff, or maintenance. Certainly there are things could be improved, but like any other place no one is perfect. I have wonderful neighbors who are courteous and friendly. When I first moved in I turned my faucet on and it would not turn back off. I called the emergency hotline, and within 10 minutes, Doug, who I am not sure is still there showed up, and fixed the problem within minutes. Anytime I have had an issue they are there to fix it. I love living in this diverse neighborhood. I have never had my car broken into, I even leave my car unlocked sometimes. Also, in reference to those who complained about the trash, maybe if you actually took 5 seconds and put the trash in the compactor instead of leaving it outside. I live in the Apartment right next too it, and I see those people everyday who are too lazy to open up the door and stick it in there. I feel sorry for Tony, and the others who have to clean it up. One more thing I would like to add, is that this past February during the blizzard, my car was stuck in the snow. Tony and the maintenance staff came and helped me shovel my car out. I have nothing bad to say, and if I ever have a problem it is usually resloved within 48 hours.
