I never leave comments on anything, but I felt like I should leave this one so people would know the a different side of the story.
I've been living here for a year and a half and I really like it!
I had never renewed a leasing contract before. I was always unhappy with my apartments and couldn't wait for my lease come up so I could move out! It's not easy to impress me.
But since I moved in here, I've always liked it!! my apartment was tiny like a box at first, but I knew that before hand and I saw one exactly alike before I sign the contract, so I chose that.
The staff was never rude or unpolite. I don't go there often, but when I go they always have a smile on their faces and are nice!
The few times I had to call for maintenence, they were here in minutes, I'm not joking!! even after I said it wasn't emergency or anything!they were nice too!!
I feel very safe, I haven't had any problems... I've had my apartment broken into before in another complex, and I was traumatized... so safety is a big issue to me.
I have referred two friends lately and they moved in, they are happy too.
I got money for the referral of course....
they gave me a discount on my last month before they even knew i was gonna renew, and they said it was because we always paid on time. So, they work with you!!
The only thing I really don't care about is the trash.... It looks pretty bad that we only have one dumpster, but... it couldn't be perfect!
So if you are thinking about moving in and you're a little discouraged after these reviews....go have a look yourself and take a chance...
I recommend it!!!

I agree. I have lived here several years and so does my family. The only bad things that are placed on here are usually residents that are upset because they did not get their way! That is about 90% of the complaints. Trust me, for the area and the price you cannot beat it! Bad stuff happens everywere, ya knkow?! We have two courtesy officers and a police Sub-station. Our maint. has a 24 turn on the work orders unless it is an emergency then it is ASAP! You have to visit and make your own judgement; not what people put on these ratings. Again, residents that did not get there way! It is a nice community!
