This person hit it right on.. I had the same issues.. I lived their a year too long... mgmt constantly is telling you want you want to hear with very little to no results.. this place might look good on the outside, but looks can be deceiving.. no recommendations here.

Why are people who are not happy NOT moving out? Looks like every apt. place in Indy has lots of openings and special deals. I can't think of any place that doesn't have some issues, but with almost 200 apartments there have to be some problems occasionally. After reading these things I have talked to some people while walking my dog and haven't met anyone who isn't satisfied. I can't think why they would lie, so I gotta believe that only a few are miserable here and like some of the other reviews said, they would improve the neighborhood by moving out. Sooner rather than later.

I thought the same thing until i moved in and then eventually moved out. The managment is the issue. The grounds and the apartments aren't bad.

Beware of Reggiedel and "menopausal" Melessia. They post positive reviews/comments frequently and ALWAYS try to counteract the real ones.
