Unique community From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 4 responses   I recently moved to the Springs after knowing former residents who lived there and loved it. It is a lovely setting and my apt. is private and quiet. The parking is a bit challenging, but you know that up front. Management seems adequate and I've seen a lot of effort being put into remodelling lately, as well as snow removal (which has been a lot recently). I love my unique floorplan and the layout of the grounds. The convenience of the location is unbeatable, and I looked at quite a few places before deciding on the Springs. Don't listen to all the negative reviews---only the malcontents go online. The rest are busy enjoying life. I checked these reviews before I moved, and so I now want to add my 2 cents worth to 'even the score' a bit.
