a letter to be sent to the springs. I didnt get a chance to find the owners. I will share it with you:
This letter is intended to inform you of the unsatisfactory nature of the management and nature of your property, The Springs . Your organization is the most unprofessional, disorganized, and incompetent entity that I have ever had the unfortunate experience of being associated with. You should be ashamed of this property and the manner that it is run, as it is a disgrace to all those who live there and anyone whom you advertise to. I am personally insulted by your management and you should be embarrassed to claim ownership of The Springs. I would never under any circumstances, recommend your apartment to anyone.
If you are interested in hearing more, or details of the amateur, shoddy apartment complex you own please do not hesitate to contact me. I think you should know. The apartment complex where I reside now is infinitely superior to yours. You should call them and ask for some advice.

Dear "Anonymous", how is management supposed to contact you if you don't have the balls to leave your phone number and name? What good are your opinions if you can't show your face and own your words? Wow, I think you should stay in your superior apartment and feed on yourself for supper.

I'm not the original 'author', but I'm replying anonymously because I LIVE at the Springs (and I like it!) and I don't want some 'former resident' nutcase with NO life having ANY chance to track me down. Who knows what some malcontents might do?! I do agree that anyone with a legitimate complaint should identify themselves. One of the state's top real estate attorneys has an office within a mile of the Springs if they REALLY want to spend money pursuing groundless complaints, but obviously they just want to complain 'anonymously'...

Beware of Reggiedel and "menopausal" Melessia. They post positive reviews/comments frequently and ALWAYS try to counteract the real ones.
