I lived in the Springs from 06 to 07 and loved it. The only issue was the geese. They can be loud in the spring/summer. Other than that, you have a garage with your apartment that you can part in. If you have visitors that need to park there, there are varies places. I guess to younger people (im 22) walking to my car doesn't bother me. I have heard other people complain about the parking. They have a small but nice workout room. When I was there they had a nice flat panel with a treadmill, elliptical, tanning bed, stationary bike, free weights and a weight machine. That might has changed since then. The basketball court is sweet for those who like tennis and basketball. They have lights you can play on at night and the material they use for the court is water resistant. The insides are pretty nice too. The top floor that i was in has vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. The appliances were a bit outdated. I wish the balcony was a little bit bigger but the scenery is very nice. If I would move back in town Indy, I would have The Springs as one of my options, if I could afford it. It was 850 then for a two bedroom upstairs. I don't want to know what it is now. Also, someone stole things out of our garage because we left it open for 15 minutes. I guess we should have closed our door, but still.

No, I think that would be illegal. I was voicing my opinion of the property and stated the goods and bads of the apt complex in my eyes.

That was a commercial posted by the incompetent staff. This apartment is the biggest joke I have ever been associated with. It sucks beyond words. Loud geese. I think you are missing the real problem. It starts from the top. No financial support, so the grounds are bad. The buildings are full of mold, and the structure is outdated. The lake of funding also shines thru when you take a look at the substandard (incompetent) staff. The clubhouse is a piece of sh t. It is not a pleasant place to live. I would never consider this joke. Just keep driving. There are plenty of way better options for your money.
