Avoid if you want a quality place to live!

For the first two weeks I lived here I had no working stove, and the place was infested with bugs, mostly just spiders, but a great deal of them. There was also no mail for the first month after moving in since the mail carrier supposedly quit and no one had the keys. One of the cars outside was broken into twice, the first time they stole little things, rollerblades etc, the next day they came back and trashed the car, and there has been no clue on who did it but one of the residents hinted about how foolish it is to leave (some specific things) in a car which led me to believe they knew who was behind it. The mini-blinds are cheaply made and break easily, several were not even secured to the window frames, and fell on me, as well as onto the cat at a slight tug to open them. The staff is very seldom the same, and the maintanence staff is just a fairy tale. It took six months to even get one window repaired, the rest of the issues are up to a year waiting for repairs. Noise is a serious problem here as well. There are tons of children and usually they are running around without supervision. Waking up to fireworks in the middle of the night or having a quiet night ruined by blaring stereos is a common thing depending on which section you live in. Reporting people for the noise has led to several confrontations, namely in the form of very angry people showing up demanding to know who reported them.

In short, Spyglass is a cheap place to live, they take just about anyone even if your credit is bad, but it really isn't worth it. They don't always tell you when you move in that you have to pay water and gas, and the pet deposits are steep, not to mention monthly pet rent. If you want any sort of quiet or privacy, or just a decent place to live, keep looking, this is far from a safe or pleasant place to live. If you do choose to move here, make sure you keep your windows and doors bolted, and don't go walking alone at night around here.
