We have lived her for more than 3 years and it is a crappy spot. The maintenance is only as good as the management and they suck. Other AIMCO properties are not run as poorly as this one!
One of our windows is pulling away from the frame of the house and cold air just pours in. There is always trash laying around, the courtesy officer is a complete joke, he doesn't return phone calls and yes other people that live there are rude as anything. Loud music honking until all hours of the night.
The best part is the permanent puddles in the parking lot. There is one by our house that even after three weeks of no rain is still there. No one cares.
If you can afford a little more, MOVE ON!
