I am currently living in Spyglass, or should I say hell...from sandblasting my car, to inch-long cockroaches in my apt., to completely incompetent office staff, and noisy, disrespectful neighbors...this has been a nightmare from the beginning. The model looked great, and the rent is low, which is why I moved here in the first place.

Once I moved in, I realized just how big of a mistake I?ve made. The neigborhood is ghetto, and you don?t feel safe walking here at night. Not recommended if you?re looking for quiet, peaceful living. Laundry facilities are scare, expensive, and dirty. I paid for a carport, which was taken for days at a time by inconsiderate people, and the office won?t do anything about it. Not very well lit at night. Don?t make the mistake I have! If you have to spend a little more to have a decent apt. it is definitely worth it. Don?t give a dime more to these people.
