THE NEGATIVE FAR OUTWEIGHS ANY PERCEIVED VALUE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Do not sign a one year lease, just to find out that you will be subjected to never-ending noise, unconcerned management, car thefts, and an abundance of criminals and drug addicts. Do not be fooled by the older lady in the leasing office that offers you a beverage. She does not live here! Do not be blinded by the promises of a resident centered environment. Those that utter them do not live her either! Save yourself the headache and get references for your next apartment from the people that live close to the location. They tend to offer a wealth of reliable information. This will SURELY be my first and last year in this DUMP! Note: Quick fixes are put in place in the apartments everywhere so that they are not visible for at least one month after signing your lease. The apartments are old so you have any idea of what happens later. QUALITY AND VALUE CAN COEXIST, IT JUST DOESN T AT SPYGLASS!!!
