Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
This place is a real bad spot. The electric bill for my studio was over $150 a month AND the property manager posts weird signs all over the place like he's a hall monitor or somethning. Stallard is a lousy, rude bunch and this is thier crown jewel of lousy appartments.

Stay away.
