The only "weird" signs I've seen are "No Smoking","Water Will Be Off At 9AM".My electric is about $50 average per month.The manager gets my UPS packages and puts them inside my door and also feeds my cat and fish when I'm out of town and doesn't charge a thing and he takes people who don't have a car to the store also no charge.I have lived in many apt communities and this by far is the best and most caring landlord I have ever had.

He has a sign in front of the building stating that he will not pick up packages for residents. Interesting. And I have never seen anybody in the car with him going to the grocery. I think this comment was written by Rick.
