Paper thin walls, shoddy drop ceilings, and obnoxious neighbors are just the beginning of what you'll come to find soon after you move into this "luxurious" "historic" apartment building. Imagine going to the store, buying a nice looking apple, then taking a bite of said apple only to wind up with a mouth full of maggots.

The walls are so thin that I can hear my neighbor stir his morning coffee while I'm sitting in my living room. So thin that I can hear the idiot next door arguing on the phone and make out most of what he's saying. So thin that if your neighbor thinks you're being too loud and bangs on walls, it will knock off anything you once had hanging on that wall and send it crashing to the ground. Meanwhile, there is a loud party a few doors down the hall that nobody seems to mind. So thin that next time I hear the moron next door going to the bathroom, I could punch right through the wall and into in slimy face with pinpoint accuracy.

The building is frequently under some kind of maintenance that will inconvenience you in some way, the floors are extremely creaky, the outside traffic on Meridian is extremely loud (especially on weekend nights), and the inhabitants around this particular area are shady to say the least. The price seems nice, but you really do get what you pay for.

In conclusion, a dog turd filled M&M may look nice, but only until you take a bite.
