this is based on my experience with stallard and associates... these apartments were by far the worst i have lived in downtown. way to expensive for the location and the lead filled building. yes, there are many shady people in the area as well as the management.. they are extremely rude (not to mention it seems they will do anything to get more of your money). my recommendation is to stay away from stallard and associates as a whole. i have heard horrible stories from others who have lived in other stallard buildings... based on my experience they DO NOT GIVE ANY NOTICE FOR COMING INTO YOUR APARTMENT. they come in and out as much as they want. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. i do not wish this on anyone else so my recommendation is to stay away from these apartments or any managed by stallard and associates. i have lived in two other apartments downtown (not managed my stallard and associates) and have had no problems anywhere but this place. LEAD FILLED, LANDLORD IS RUDE, GREEDY and it's a nasty old building that has homeless running around it.
