I lived at St Agnes for one year. The manager is creepy, he came into my apartment while I was SLEEPING to check light bulbs. First, light bulb replacement is my responsibility and I did not receive 24 hours notice. In fact, I never received 24 hour notice when they showed my apartment. Of course I had just come out of the shower and since I lived in a studio I had no where to hide.
But then it got worse. I went to The Stanton, another building owned by Stallard. Ugh!!! I just moved out and I am so glad. The wood floors are atrocious. They say the bathroom was "remodeled". Yeah, maybe in 1945. I had huge chunks of flooring missing. And the best part is that they're charging me for it after I notified them of the problem!
I am so grateful to be out of from under Stallard.

St Agnes replace's the 4 ft light bulbs and only staff can get on the 10 ft ladder to do this. Resident replace's 40-60 wt bulbs. You must accomadate,remove All furniture to accmomdate the ladder. We can "show apt's" 60 day's before your move out date.{I READ THE LEASE TO YOU, No question's.)you gave us authority to enter your apt when you made the complaint,I read that to you,see your lease.You show me where the term "24" hours is on our lease and I will give you one month free rent,free parking,no deposit,no app fee. Rick Johnson, Property Manager/Supervisor/ ST AGNES HISTORIAN. PS My name is above and my phone number is,317-262-1211. I just get sad when you blame me for YOU not paying rent, I am very proud of St. Agnes and the committment the owner (stallard) has given to me. We are a Rental property,I know we offer the best service in Indy & the discount for IUPUI students and staff SHOULD be illegal,not,just advertising.Ok, You think you were so mis-treated or violated,,take me to court..I will leave it up to you. If not, I will hire a ITT to find your addy, and I will sue you. I'm retired and I need this activity as my way to stop BOREDOM.
