Lived there a year. I was constantly accosted for cigarettes and money as I went to my apartment. There was always a ton of noise (shouting, fighting, music, etc.). I would highly recommend you live somewhere else because this is a scary, outdated, roach-infested place. People are always loitering & leaving trash everywhere. You could do better, even for the inexpensive price.
