Okay with ear plugs

These apartments are okay but very small. They are also the noisiest apartments I have ever lived in. The noise comes from some of the residents and also Meridian Street. You will constantly hear fire, ambulance, and police sirens since there are stations and hospitals near the apartments. I would also suggest trying to get an apartment facing the outsides of the buildings. If you live on the inside on the lower levels your apartment will never see sunlight.....ever. The noise is also bad facing the courtyard because it just bounces off the exterior walls. I had neighbors who threw their trash off of their balcony constantly littering the courtyard with bottles and cigarettes. There were also people with large dogs who left their dogs large waste in the areas surrounding the apartments. All in all living here was okay. Maintenance manager living in building was awesome. Super nice and got things done. Parking can be a pain. If you have handicapped friends or family they have parking but mysteriously there are no ramps or elevators leading to or inside the apartments. Intersection of 21st and Meridian is scary and there were multiple accidents while I lived here. Gated parking was pretty safe.
