I just stumbled onto this sight and was shocked to read what people have listed. I have been living at Stanford Court for two years and during my stay have no issues. It is great for the money and I have not been hit with a major rent increase, unlike other communities I have lived. Management is easy to reach, maintenance is knowledgeable, and the community is very clean. I highly recommend.
