plesant surprise when you are used to renting okay palces with unhelpful landlords-- newly constructed complex, full lenth mirrors in the bathrooms,very helpful and polite office staff, you have until the 6th of the month to pay rent without a late fee, all mainiteneance is done within 24 hours of request, they also have an emergency maintenance crew that takes your calls--refershing surprise, all in all i dont want to move except living in avon means a 45 minute drive downtown, to the north side, to broad ripple , to everywhere-- worse in winter with snow and traffic
