This apartment complex seems, so nice, quiet, and affordable... but believe me once you sign that lease everything changes. After signing our lease the people that work at the office acted like they couldn't care less.Long story short, after moving in I found out there is urine on the carpets from the last tenants dogs. We notified the office after only been moved in for two days. We had to call and call, to get anyone to even respond... and when they did they were not helpful in the least bit. The office refuses to do anything because they don't feel it is nessisary even though the smell is making my fiance and I sick. We have had to spend our time and money cleaning, and recleaning the carpets to try to make it atleast a little better. But the carpets are beyond cleaning,they are ruined. After about 7 phone calls they offered to move us to a differant apartment, then called back within two hours and said they were taking that offer back because their lawyer told them they are not obligated to move us. They have been more than rude to me and my fiance. If we had known that it would be like this we never would have moved in. They've been rude, dishonest, and very frustrating. I feel ripped off to say the least. I would never tell anyone to move here, it's not what it's cracked up to be. We also know another couple who lives here who had a pipe burst and flood their bathroom...what did the apartment complex do' Brought them a fan. It's a nightmare trying to get anything fixed. Stay clear of this one. You'll be glad you did.

I absolutely agree! I call and call and call to report a problem and eventually my frustration is conveyed through the tone of my voice. In response, I got a nasty letter saying they were appalled at my attitude and they would not discuss any issues unless I promised to be calm and rational. I am DEFINITELY moving out when my lease is up. NO ONE I know will ever rent from this place, I guarantee it! They're all talk until you sign a lease and then you get shafted!
