I haven't lived here long, but in general the apartments are very nice. I thought the rent would be too high, but with the move-in deal they gave me I actually am paying less per month than any other apartments in the area. I personally like the fact that the apartments have a lot of rules because it is a relatively large complex. With this many people living so close, you need boundaries, and it also keeps the apartments looking nice and not ghetto. For example, kids can't have toys in the pool except on Wednesdays. This rule is not usually enforced unless you complain to the pool attendant. You don't have to worry about kids throwing stuff in the pool and jumping on your head while you are trying to swim. I like that most of the rules are this way.

There are a couple of negative points that I have seen. The first apartment I was shown was TINY! But with the move-in incentive I mentioned before I was actually able to rent a larger one for the same price. The back doors have no screens, so you have to leave the door shut at all times or the bugs will swarm. Some people don't pick up their dog poo despite the fact that there are trash cans and dog-poo bags all along the walking trail. Parking may be hard to find after everyone is off work, but the spots are nice and big.


So all in all so far my only real complaint is that the back doors don't have screens. I will be sure to update this if any issues ever arise also.

Also something that may be helpful is that there are smoke-free and pet-free buildings if this is an issue for you. I moved from California and found out the hard way that cigarette smoke is an issue out here.
